A Family Trip? Better Look Elsewhere!

The staff at check-in was polite and quick; I appreciated the genuine smiles from the team.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but with the chaos we experienced, maybe it was still acceptable for a quick crash.

The new renovations

The rooms were extremely hot with ac on, the workers stated a plumbing problem n all rooms were hot. Also, my reservation said check out was at 12pm n housekeeping tried kicking me out at 11am

We visited a local soccer game and tried golfing at a nearby course. The breakfast was solid, and everyone enjoyed the cozy and modern vibe of the place. Just manage expectations around noise from the freeway if you're sensitive to that.

Found the bathroom a bit outdated with a loose and leaky faucet. It could use some maintenance to be more guest-friendly.

It made my trip to Beaumont a really enjoyable experience. It was fairly clean place, staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and I loved my cheap room. The location was particularly good, because a bus stop was based close to the hotel. Also, the area was pretty nice.

We loved rooms for air.

Great stay with comfy beds

Really enjoyed my time here! The beds were super comfy, and I loved having a spacious kitchenette. Staff were mostly friendly, and everything felt clean and fresh. The only thing was, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown-coffee was weak and didn't have any sugar. But still, a solid place to crash!

The hotel was low cost, my room was non-smoking. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Knowledgeable staff, great experience! Easy check-in, late check-out. The swimming pool was great too.

The staff were efficient, attentive.

Hit up the nearby Sartin's West Seafood for some killer eats! Their dishes are packed with flavor that'll have you coming back for seconds. Plus, the room had all the kitchen basics.

Now, let's get real. Had a bit of a sketchy experience with management being MIA when we faced issues-with a broken chair and dodgy parking barriers that nearly messed up our ride. Plus, missing the breakfast makes you feel like you missed the best part of the day!

I think the pool could've been better located - as it right on the side of the interstate I had no desire to use it, despite the hot weather!!

Staff were helpful and responsive to problem.

The air conditioner in both rooms (I was switched after complaining after the 1st night) is inadequate. In both rooms both nights, I would set the thermostat to 69 and it never got close to that temperature. Well, maybe right around the air conditioner while it was running, however briefly that was. I need a cool room to sleep. Because of these inadequate a/c's, I had 2 lousy nights of sleep in too hot room(s).

The spacious room had a handy kitchenette. Plus, we loved its proximity to local dining options, including a nice spot just a few miles away.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve its housekeeping services for families. The pool was in rough shape and unusable for our kids, disappointing.

The clerk at the front desk advised me the next morning after I had already check in the night before that I was not old enough to book a room (I am 19, did not know you have to be 21 since I checked in the day before with id with clerk with no problem). I wasn't able to stay another night...... I had to hurry and find a new hotel.

Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible and when I had to leave early no refund.

The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The Premium King Room was so great with its spaciousness and comfort, catering well to a longer stay. Being able to bring our dog to a pet-friendly environment added to our enjoyment! We also appreciated that the pool view was a pleasant feature.
